A "Save As" dialog box will appear, choose a folder and filename for the software you are downloading. Be sure to remember the folder and filename you choose.
Once the file is downloaded
(If you selected the Open option from the download prompt dialog, the installer will automatically start.). Double-click this file to start the installer. The installer will guide you through installing the software on your computer.

FMF Skin Creator™ requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (a new standard class library from Microsoft that they have been encouraging developers to use). Above you can find a FMF Skin Creator™ installation that includes the .NET Framework 1.1 so you don't have to download anything else.
